If you have purchased an item from our online store and need to exchange or return it for any reason, you have up to seven days from receipt of the product to do so and receive a full refund, as established by Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
To start the exchange or return process, please contact us via email contato@inovabeebrazil.com, providing the reason for the request, your personal details, order number and invoice number.
You have the following options available:
1. Exchange the product for an identical, new item;
2. Exchange the product for a different or similar one, with possible payment of the difference in value, if applicable;
3. To be reimbursed for the amount paid for the product. See below for more information on refunds.
It is important to note that:
The product to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as it was sent, that is, in the original packaging, without signs of use and with the seal intact. If we detect damage caused by improper handling by the customer, the product will be returned without refund.
In the event of a return due to regret, the amounts will be refunded as agreed between the parties, with the return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.
We guarantee the quality of our products from origin to delivery, but if there is a problem and an exchange is necessary, the return shipping and shipping of the new product will be at our expense.
If the product is not available in stock for exchange, you can choose an equivalent item or pay the difference in price, if applicable.
Items sent for exchange or return without prior notice will be returned to the sender or held at our address for collection.
About refund:
The refund will be made after the product has been analyzed at Inovabee Brazil's facilities.
If payment is made by credit card, the refund will be requested from the card administrator. And the entire amount will be refunded in one go, even if the purchase was paid in installments.
If payment is made by Pix or bank slip, the refund will be made within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise and confirmation of the refund request. You will receive the amount via bank transfer or Pix. Therefore, it is necessary to provide your CPF, bank, bank account and account type, and Pix key. This information must be sent by email to contato@inovabeebrazil.com.
IMPORTANT:
This exchange and return policy applies only to purchases made in our online store, in accordance with Article 49 of the CDC. Purchases made through independent retailers must be dealt with directly with them.
